We encourage you to join the historical society. By joining the historical society you are helping to preserve the town's historical photographs, artifacts, documents and research in our research library on Route 113 in North Fryeburg and our museum at 511 Main Street in Fryeburg Village . Our staff is all volunteer and we rely on memberships, corporate sponsorships, donations, fundraising events, grants, and gifts.

We offer educational monthly meetings, always the first Tuesday of each month with the exception of October when it is held the first Tuesday after the Fryeburg Fair. Notices of our meetings are published in The Conway Daily Sun, The Bridgton News, and Valley Vision 3. We publish a quarterly newsletter and it's sent to all members and corporate sponsors and area historical societies.
